Demos, demos, demos
Today we had 5 demos. A lot of success. Now we have 4 in the pipeline who are interested enough to dedicate time to a second call and actually decide if they want to continue or not. Some of them want to discuss internally with their team, others just want time to think.
The truth is, if you agree to a second call, you're basically closed. So what's the point of dragging out the first call in the first place? Let's see how it plays out.
Also finished our pre-seed pitch deck, but lowkey realized it's too overwhelming and doesn't really show our true moat.
Started my O-1 process. So, so many documents. I think while you're young you should compete and put yourself in as much competition as possible. For instance, once I moved to the USA, I started joining hackathons, and after a few wins I realized how approachable it all was, so I tried judging them too. That's how I ended up judging HackIllinois and mentoring at LA Hacks at 18.
Super excited to see what's next. Honestly, building a startup is such a rollercoaster of emotions. Today you're on top of the world, tomorrow you feel like jumping off a bridge. Managing your emotions is really important, meditation and the gym are what help me turn off hard days and zoom out.
